Having an experienced wedding coordinator with expertise at Ostertag Vistas to serve on the day of your event will help ensure your event runs smoothly without you and/or your family and friends being tasked. From set up through the time to say ‘good bye’ Relax! We can help!

If you prefer not being too involved with the details of identifying and contracting with vendors, selecting colors, determining an event timeline, and addressing details regarding where guests and the wedding party should be at any one time, we can help! Just let us know what your vision is for your event and we can help provide guidance and/or full event planning services in addition to performing ‘day-of’ coordination services throughout the set up and execution of your event.

TIPS-certified bartending services staffed by Ostertag Vistas. Accepts delivery, set up two service bars, serves guests, & consolidates for pick up. Bartenders will load your car with unused product, or gather for vendor. Two hours prior to ceremony and one hour following bar closure. Two bartenders for a guest count exceeding 75. Minimum of seven hours.

Keurig coffee (French roast and decaf options), water, coffee cups, creamer, sugar. Offered after dinner with desert service.

Beautiful display of water, iced tea and lemonade dispensers to greet your guests upon arrival, cocktail hour, and dinner service. . Discounted when ordering both services.

A beautiful display ready to receive/setup/cleanup services for the amazing cookies from your guests. This table is a wedding tradition where in addition to a wedding cake, a large table awaits with fine trays, plates and labeling. Ostertag Vistas provides a beautiful pedestal glass display, replenishes, and packs up at the end of the evening.

Provides complete set up, food service, table bussing and clean up in accordance to Ostertag Vistas’ catering responsibilities; Required for any licensed and approved caterer not listed on the Ostertag Vistas’ approved list of caterers: https://ostertagvistas.com/services/; One server per 25 guests and required to commence two hours before a ceremony and until final walk through or one hour following the last dance.
